To apply, for light coverage, swirl the Retractable Kabuki Brush, with the sleeve pushed all the way down, in the foundation compact, then stroke it on the face, blending outward and upward. Repeat to build coverage. For fuller coverage, apply with the protective sleeve pulled almost all the way up, swirl in the foundation, then stroke it on the face, blending outward and upward. Repeat to build coverage.
